If you are looking for a fast-paced, well-written, science fiction thriller, I recommend you pick up this book. I picked it up (the audio edition) mainly because it was available on my library’s site, and wasn’t disappointed.
There’s a certain amount of violence, (and one scene of torture, which skated just to the edge of my comfort zone) but it is not glorified or described any further than it must be to convey the scene.
Current day politics and future technology revolve around a main character with an intriguing backstory and an uncertain future. In short, it kept me intrigued from intro to end.
